Total refit and remodelling of university lecture rooms and teaching spaces. Fitting out a 19th Century building on a live university campus with state of the art technology for today’s higher education clients was a welcome challenge.
The majority of the work was done during the summer break with rest being completed once the new academic
year had started. Arranging deliveries, managing noise, dust and waste disposal when in the centre of the university required significant logistical intelligence.
Completed on time and on budget with a range of variations successfully incorporated into the project.
