City Hub started its life as a wool merchant’s warehouse and is a modern suite of offices and meeting rooms.
The project formed part of the regeneration of businesses within the Bradford area illustrating significant investment in growth within the city.
Having been badly damaged by fire 12 years prior to the renovation work which left the building unusable, there was a great deal of work to be done to transform a derelict mill into a modern suite of offices designed to attract new business to the area.
