The refurbishment and renovation of a Grade II listed building that started its life as a wool merchant’s warehouse and is a modern suite of offices and meeting rooms.

The project formed part of the regeneration of businesses within the Bradford area illustrating significant investment in growth within the city.

Having been badly damaged by a fire 12 years prior to the renovation work which left the building unusable, there was a great deal of work to be done to transform a derelict mill into a modern suite of offices designed to attract new business to the area.

At the time, The Together Group was based in the Little Germany area of Bradford and was pleased to have been part of the revitilisation of the area.
